• Provide professional and high–quality services to clients by answering efficiently and quickly to their questions by phone, electronic or standard mail and fax. |

ACTIVITES & RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES/ MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Have a good knowledge of the product range • Enter the questions/issues in Winc@ll database using a clear expression • Ensure a high quality of service on the phone • Answers calls made by clients under specific contracts • Do your real best to solve client issues • Perform possible tests on our softwares in order to analyze some bugs and transfer the results to the Expertise team • Answer international client calls • Optimize call answers in order to minimize waiting files • Ensure high quality of service and client satisfaction. |

FORMATION & EXPERIENCE NECESSAIRES/ ESSENTIAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• BA or BS in Cash management or Finance • Young graduate or first experience

• Fluent French and Dutch • English
