Meet the Executive Board
Pierre-André Martel is the President of the Supervisory Board. Pierre-André Martel is the CEO of Caravelle, a holding company which he founded in 1995. Previously, he worked in the venture capital industry at Institut de Développement Industriel, specializing in software, electronics and computer sciences, then as a Managing Director of Marceau Investissements. Pierre-André Martel has turned around and managed a number of companies, including Sonitrol, Diagram and Cooper. Aged 50, he is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He started his professional experience at France Telecom and the French Ministry of Industry.
Alain Fraiberger is the Vice President of the Supervisory Board. Alain Fraiberger holds a Engineer diploma of Ecole Centrale de Paris and a bachelor's degree of economy delivered by the University Paris II- Pantheon-Assas (1966).
Bruno Joseph is the Chief Executive Officer Bruno has spent twenty years in the treasury and software industries. He began his career at Philips Electronics France where he spent 6 years in IT and finance positions including long term funding and cash management before heading the Central Treasury of their Paris headquarters. In 1990 Bruno joined Diagram Software as Senior Consultant, helping to design and implement some of the first corporate dealing rooms in France and Belgium. Later he assumed management responsibilities for the sales, development and consulting teams before being tapped to head the Corporate Treasury Business Unit and joining the management committee. In 2001, Diagram was acquired by Reuters and Bruno was named Executive Vice President, Treasury Services, entrusted with the challenge of pushing Reuters EMEA into the new business space of Corporate Treasury. In 2003 he added responsibility for the EMEA sales of Trade & Risk Management and was tasked with growing a £75 million stream of revenue. Bruno is a 1984 graduate of the EM Lyon School of Business.
Monique Fournier is the Executive Vice President, Human Resources She began her career in 1979 in the insurance sector as a training and development HR manager specialized in new technologies for the Gras Savoye group and subsequently the Eagle Star Group in France and Europe. In 1992, she joined France Telecom as Organization and Project Manager and then in 1997 Nortel Networks Europe as responsible for Management Training and subsequently Recruitment and Career Development. Monique Fournier has a B.A. in English and a Master of Business Administration from the IAE of Paris.
Béatrice Capelle is Chief Financial Officer Béatrice began her career as an auditor, working for Arthur Andersen and Michelin. In 1999 she joined Valeo where she created the post of Finance Controller for the research and development division. Later, she was named deputy Finance Director at Europe Computer Systèmes where she was also responsible for the Belgian subsidiary and Alstom Transport & Signalisation where she was also project manager for the implementation of an SAP system. Most recently, she was Finance Director at Areva T&D, responsible for accounting, audit, the IT department and sales administration. Béatrice holds a degree in financial engineering from the Ecole Centrale de Paris.
