PRIVACY POLICY

When you visit the XRT website, you are able to surf our site anonymously , while gathering information about XRT, our products, our services, etc. At times, we may ask you to provide information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. Filling out and sending these forms is completely optional to you. This privacy policy is subject to change. Any changes that we make will be posted to this page.

What information do we collect and how do we use it ?

Contact or Registration Forms
In the Contact or Registration forms, we ask you to provide personal information such as your name, your email address, your phone number and your company details. This information will be treated in the strictest of confidence and will only be used to send you information or documents that you require, to better understand your interest in our company and products, or to inform you about product upgrades, special offers, events and new services.

When you submit personal information to us, it is never sold or disclosed to other companies, except in cases where a third party is necessary to fulfill your request (such as in the case of our Value Added Resellers). In this case, we will transfer your information to one of our business partners. For privacy policies and opt-out procedures of these business partners, please refer to their privacy policies. If you do not wish for us to transfer some of your information to our business partners, please indicate this in the message portion of the form.

Tell a colleague
In the Tell a colleague form, we ask you to provide information about yourself and about a colleague, such as name and email address. You provide information about a colleague at your sole responsibility, being sure and granting XRT that your colleague consents to the disclosure to XRT of his or her personal information. Again, this information will be treated in the strictest of confidence and will only be used to send you and your colleague information or documents that you and your colleague require. We may also use your details and your colleague’s details to inform you both about our product releases, mailings, emailing or news.

Job Applications
You can apply for a job on our site. The questions relating to your gender are optional and will only be used in order to allow us to contact you in a proper form, but no discrimination between male and female applicants is made by XRT.

Your application will be transferred to our local subsidiaries, located inside or outside the UE; who may be interested by your profile. You agree when submitting your candidature to such a transfer. Your data will be used only to study and answer your candidature, it is never sold or disclosed to other companies.

It doesn’t guarantee that your application will be accepted.

You can register on line for the events organized by XRT.

Your registration is taken into account by XRT but does not give you a right to be definitely registered and to participate in the event.


IP Addresses
XRT receives IP addresses from all users because this information is automatically reported by your browser each time you view a web page.

When an XRT web page is requested and viewed, that request is logged on our servers with information including the IP address of the computer that requested the page.

We use IP Addresses in order to set up broad demographic statistics and Estimate the total number of users visiting XRT from specific countries or regions of the world.


Cookies

Cookies are small files retrieved from an Internet site which are saved in a predefined directory on the User’s computer, for User profile customization purposes.
